Team Member

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a part‑time Team Member for the Brighton Churchill store, working 8.75 hrs per week across Sunday (13:00‑17:00) and Thursday (12:00‑17:00) shifts. The role is seasonal, covering the Autumn/Winter period with potential additional availability for sale weekends. It offers flexible short‑term contracts ranging from a few days up to 24 weeks. Candidates will join a high‑energy retail environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:

• Deliver fast, friendly service and help customers find what they need
• Keep the sales floor well stocked, organised, and easy to shop
• Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing
• Efficiently process deliveries and replenish the sales floor
• Pick, pack, and transfer stock to meet customer timescales and ensure accurate parcel processing
• Keep the back of house clean, safe and organised
• Support both sales floor and stockroom areas as needed
