Sales Assistant

Seeking a Sales Assistant to join CeX's London Road store in Brighton. The role involves delivering positive frontline customer experiences and supporting store performance, with a flexible schedule of approximately 25 hours per week.

Duties:

• Ensure frontline customer experience is positive and attentive
• Work as part of the team to drive store performance
• Receive on-the-job training and development, and access to an online learning structure
• Have the opportunity to travel to other stores to gain experience or give support
• Participate in professional development programs including coaching and succession planning
