Hospitality Assistant

Location: Lodestone House, Brighton, BN1 3AT, UK

Seeking a Hospitality Assistant for a part‑time role delivering exceptional customer service for Chartwells. The position is contracted to 25 hrs/week over 36.6 weeks per year, with morning shifts Monday to Friday. The role involves representing Compass Group UK&I and contributing to a fast‑paced team.

Duties:

• Greeting and looking after guests so they go home delighted
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to guests
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:
