Sales Associate

Location: 44/45 Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2TD

Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service and creating lasting memories. This is a permanent part-time role for 8 hours per week. The working pattern may include additional hours during peak trading periods, Bank Holidays, and weekends.

Duties:
- Help customers celebrate life and express love through jewellery
- Provide outstanding service and create amazing customer experiences
- Develop and share expert product and brand knowledge
- Help the store maintain performance and meet sales targets
- Handle various customer enquiries as new products are introduced

Requirements:
- Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences
- Interest in jewellery products and brands
- Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Natural ability for striking up conversations with a diverse range of customers
