We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Brighton store team to help create the best customer shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, overseeing employees, and providing leadership while training to advance to a Store Manager position.

Duties:
- Assisting the Store Manager with the store’s day-to-day responsibilities
- Overseeing employees and modelling effective leadership
- Offering excellent customer service
- Carrying out the Manager’s role in their absence
- Participating in regular 1-2-1’s and training to develop managerial duties
- Contributing to a happy and healthy working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment
- A strong track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Exceptional organisational skills and a customer-first mindset
- A deep understanding of the fashion industry and current market trends
