Sales Assistant

Location: Footasylum Brighton - Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2RG

This part-time role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment in the heart of Brighton. Candidates must be flexible to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, with a particular focus on the store's busiest periods during the weekend.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers to assist their shopping experience
- Team up with colleagues to hit store targets and deliver excellent service
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment including cleaning
- Handle transactions and resolve customer questions or issues on the shop floor

Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Ability to approach customers with ease and spark up enthusiastic conversations
- Organised with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to provide Right to Work documentation at the interview stage
