Care Assistant - Bank - Care Home

Location: Shoreham by Sea, BN43 6LT

This is a casual, bank position offering flexible working patterns to provide cover as and when needed, such as for annual leave or sick leave. You will help residents at Barchester Healthcare enjoy each day by ensuring they receive high-quality care and support in a fulfilling environment.

Duties:

• Assist residents with daily living
• Provide support and companionship
• Support residents with their food and drink
• Follow individual care plans
• Ensure residents receive one-to-one time

Requirements:

• Some experience of caring for older people
• A can-do approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassion and empathy
