Tesco Shift Leader

Location: Brighton

This role involves leading the team to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Your scheduled working patterns are Sunday 14:00-23:00, Monday 05:30-14:30, Wednesday 05:30-14:30, and Friday 16:15-23:00.

Duties:

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and being the go-to person for operational queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and coaching colleagues.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for delivering great service and ensuring customer needs are met.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate the team.
