Location: Hove Superstore, Brighton

This temporary retail role offers 16.5 guaranteed hours per week with a specified shift pattern of Monday & Friday 13:45 - 21:45, and Saturday 13:00 - 21:45. You will join a diverse team dedicated to serving shoppers better and ensuring a great customer experience everyday. This is a committed role full of variety and everyday challenges.

Duties:

• Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride
• Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required
• Putting training into practice to work safely and effectively
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition

Requirements:

• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride
• The ability to build rapport with customers to ensure a great shopping trip
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly with others
• Being punctual, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador
