Retail Sales Advisor

Location: Hove

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You will use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer’s home. Store hours are 10am-8pm on weekdays, 10am-6pm on Saturdays, and 10am-5pm on Sundays, with shifts including peak weekend times.

Duties:

• Build natural connections, truly listening to customers, and delivering expert advice
• Confidently recommend the best options, demonstrating product expertise
• Guide customers through the buying journey, asking great questions
• Offer honest advice and ensure accuracy
• Keep the showroom stunning to ensure a consistent and beautiful customer journey
• Share tips, support other team members, and create a fun environment

Requirements:

• Friendly and approachable personality who enjoys connecting with people
• Subject to satisfactory DBS checks
