Supervisor

Location: U51 Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2TE, United Kingdom

A part-time Supervisor is required to join the Crew Clothing team in Brighton. In this role, you will assist the store manager in driving sales and KPI improvements, motivating and developing the team, and ensuring excellent visual merchandising standards. This position is for 30 hours per week.

Duties:

• Assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to store sales and KPIs
• Help recruit, retain, motivate, and develop the team to drive store success
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store
• Achieve sales targets and deliver a delightful customer experience
• Provide accurate product and stock availability information to customers
• Process sales transactions in line with company guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong customer service focus
• Good communication skills
• Experience in the retail industry
• Good IT skills (desirable)
• Experience working in a luxury fashion brand (desirable)
