Housekeeper

Location: Brighton

As a member of the Housekeeping Crew at Brighton i360, you will maintain the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the vertical cable car, Beach Building, and external terraces. This is a customer-facing role where you will also assist guests and ensure the attraction remains welcoming and sanitary. The role requires flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties:

• Perform daily full cleans of front and back of house before and after operations.
• Clean toilets, retail spaces, food preparation areas, glass, and concrete.
• Maintain a welcoming, tidy environment and assist guests with enquiries.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines for handling chemicals.
• Communicate with other departments via radio and work collaboratively as part of the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety practices, and COSHH regulations.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
