Shift Leader

Location: Queens Road, Brighton, UK

The Shift Leader role involves providing variety, teamwork, and navigating daily challenges while ensuring customers remain at the centre of all store operations. The role requires working within specified availability windows, specifically Sunday from 06:00 to 15:00, Tuesday from 06:00 to 21:00, and Saturday from 14:00 to 23:00, with shift patterns scheduled with at least three weeks' notice.

Duties:

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store
• Working across all areas of the store and acting as the go-to person for operational queries
• Building positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best
• Leading the store confidently in the manager's absence
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change
• Coaching colleagues, providing feedback, and role modelling great service

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to act as a strong role model with a passion for delivering service
• Strong communication skills to keep the team informed
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results
