Location: Brighton

Join the front of house team on the seafront at the Brighton i360 as a server and host. This role is perfect for someone with great energy who loves delivering stand-out moments to guests in a fast-paced environment. Shift availability must include weekends, evenings, and peak-time hours.

Duties:

• Owning your section and delivering warm, confident service
• Taking orders with clarity, energy, and maybe a little flair
• Knowing the menu inside-out and upselling like a pro
• Keeping the vibe high and the floor running smooth
• Being the face of the bar for every guest

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue is preferred, but bringing positive energy is key as training is provided
• Switched-on, guest-focused, and committed to creating great experiences
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and handle pressure
• Weekend, evening, and peak-time availability
• Natural communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
