Educator

Location: Brighton and Hove, UK

Lululemon is seeking a part-time Educator to join the team in Brighton for 21 hours per week. In this role, you will build connections with guests, share product education, and help create a supportive and engaging retail environment. The position requires flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties:

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that values their time.
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Conduct accurate guest transactions and execute omnichannel programs.
• Perform product presentation tasks and maintain the store's visual standards.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment.

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the UK and be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through the store for most of a shift and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
