Customer Assistant

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service. This permanent part-time role has a work pattern of Saturday 11:00-20:00 and Sunday 13:00-17:00. You'll act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover on-trend products and utilizing digital tools to enhance their shopping experience.

Duties:

• Deliver style advice and five-star service to customers
• Drive sales and grow M&S's share in the style space
• Help customers discover on-trend and fashionable products
• Utilise digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance customer experience
• Maintain sky-high store standards with speed and accuracy
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and supportive store environment

Requirements:

• Confident, resilient, and passionate about fashion and retail
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Digitally confident with the ability to use in-store devices and apps
• Excellent team player with a flexible attitude to adapt to changing needs
