Duties:

• Dialling in grinders for all blends and single origins to brand standard
• Opening and closing down the coffee section independently
• Maintaining standard speed of service and coffee consistency
• Pouring basic latte art and using alternative milks
• Delivering high-quality hospitality and positive customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-volume, quality coffee environment
• Strong barista and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
• Eligible to work in the UK
