Trading Post Coffee Roasters is looking for a passionate Breakfast Chef to join their artisan coffee roasting and hospitality team in Worthing. This position offers a great work-life balance with no late evening shifts. You will work in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional, high-quality brunch dishes alongside an energetic team.

Duties:

• Ensure the reputation for excellent food and service is upheld at all times
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
• Support in all areas of the kitchen as required
• Undertake regular training and always be striving for self-improvement
• Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
• Display a smart and professional appearance, always striving to represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters in a positive way

Requirements:

• Confident working in multiple sections and driven to achieve the best service results
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Experience or skills in food safety and food preparation
• Must have valid eligibility to work in the UK
