Retail Associate

Location: Units 1&3 North Street, The Quadrant, Brighton, BN1 3GJ

We are looking for a temporary part-time Retail Associate to join our team in a welcoming and collaborative environment. This position offers a standard schedule of 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase up to 37.5 hours per week as needed.

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs
• Perform cashier duties and provide fitting room assistance
• Provide backroom support
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure an inviting atmosphere
• Participate in company learning and development programs

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Willingness to engage in tasks ranging from customer service to store maintenance
