Retail Associate

Location: 1 The Goldstone Retail Park, Old Shoreham Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 7PN

TK Maxx is seeking part-time Retail Associates to join their welcoming and inclusive team in Hove, offering flexible contracts of 12 and 16 hours depending on your availability. In this role, you will help create a positive shopping experience for customers while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. No prior retail experience is necessary as comprehensive training and ongoing development are fully provided.

Duties:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs
• Perform cashier duties, fitting room assistance, and backroom support
• Help maintain store standards by keeping the environment clean, organized, and inviting
• Participate in learning and development programs to build new retail skills

Requirements:
