Crew Member

Location: Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton, BN1 2TE

Join McDonald's as a Crew Member and become part of a supportive team working in a fast-paced environment. To meet the criteria for this role, you must be available to work within the hours of 10:00 - 22:00, including weekdays and weekends. Shift times include early mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You will help deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring hot food is served in a clean and friendly restaurant.

Duties:

• Prepare food and serve customers on the till
• Maintain dining areas and attend to customers' needs
• Deliver the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant
• Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines, and management direction
• Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures
