The role involves providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for customers within an H.Samuel store. The position requires a commitment to developing deep product knowledge and jewellery expertise to assist with diverse customer enquiries, working 10 hours per week.

Duties:

• Help the store maintain performance and meet sales targets
• Build knowledge of new products to assist with customer enquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service and create lasting memories
• Represent the brand and culture of H.Samuel

Requirements:
