Retail Customer Service

The Retail Customer Service Manager provides customer service and drives standards within Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. The role operates on a 17-hour weekly rota consisting of a blend of opening, closing, and evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with rotas provided four weeks in advance.

Duties:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Always urge safer gambling.
• Take bets on different sports and events.
• Process customer transactions including cash handling.
• Help demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Work towards defined targets.
• Maintain high shop standards.
• Open or close the shop.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Previous work in a customer-facing setting.
• Confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
