Bar & Waiting Staff

Seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to join the team at Druids Head, Brighton. The role involves creating memorable experiences for customers, serving drinks, and keeping the good times flowing. Joining a fun and inclusive team, the successful candidate will have opportunities to grow, strengthen skills, and access excellent training.

Duties:

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers whilst they dine
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and expand skills
• Great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection
• Passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome
• Positive can-do attitude and a real team player
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls
