Retail Supervisor

Location: 40/41 George Street, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 3YB

Supporting the store management team, this role focuses on driving sales and delivering high-quality customer service to maintain the store's performance. The position requires flexibility, with shifts scheduled between Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 6:30pm, and Sunday, 8:15am - 4:15pm.

Duties:

• Motivate and lead the store team to hit targets
• Assist with day-to-day store operations
• Maintain store presentation and shelf stocking
• Minimize shrinkage and till errors
• Deliver expert customer service
• Provide piercing services for customers following training

Requirements:

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit, and service
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Willingness to undergo training for piercing services
