Food and Beverage Assistant

Seeking a Casual Food and Beverage Assistant to join the team at DoubleTree by Hilton. This role offers a flexible casual contract allowing shifts to be picked to suit individual availability, making it ideal for those balancing other employment or education. The successful candidate will help prepare for dining and event service while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Duties:

• Support all food and beverage operations, working across the bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure high levels of service
• Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including cleaning and placing tableware
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
