Guest Experience Team

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton

Supporting matchday operations within premium lounges and restaurants, the team enhances the experience for members and guests through professional engagement and assistance. The role requires availability for the majority of home matchdays during the 2026/27 season, including evening and weekend shifts, with an average of 4 hours per shift.

Duties:

• Provide a warm welcome to members, sponsors, and guests upon arrival
• Direct guests to the correct areas within the stadium
• Engage with members to support requests and inquiries

Requirements:

• Ability to work the majority of home matchdays, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication skills and comfort initiating conversations
• Prior experience in customer service
• Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions
