Seeking a Here to Help Access Team member to assist supporters needing direction or assistance on matchday. The role involves maintaining a visible presence within wheelchair areas for the duration of the match, answering queries, and handling general administration. Applicants must be available to work all home matches throughout the season, with hours running through to the final whistle.

Duties:

• Meet and assist supporters who require help or direction on matchdays.
• Maintain a visible presence within the wheelchair areas for the duration of the match.
• Assist with queries and carry out general administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Customer service background with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work all home match days for the season (unsuitable for season ticket holders).
• Proof of the right to work in the UK, subject to background and DBS checks.
