Tesco Colleague

Location: Portslade Superstore, Brighton

Tesco is recruiting a permanent Tesco Colleague at Portslade Superstore working 22.5 hours per week. Shifts will be scheduled within the availability windows of Sundays (07:30 - 20:00), Fridays (07:00 - 17:30), and Saturdays (07:00 - 17:30), with at least 3 weeks' notice provided. Pay starts at £13.28 per hour alongside benefits including Colleague Clubcard discounts, flexible working, and pension matching.

Duties:

• Serve customers with passion across service, picking, and replenishment areas.
• Execute store routines effectively to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Handle deliveries and products with care to maintain high quality.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events in-store.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great customer service and building rapport.
• Strong team player who communicates openly and takes initiative.
• Punctual, well-presented, and ready to act as a brand ambassador.
• Must meet minimum age requirements (over 18 for shifts after 9:45 pm or before 6:15 am).
