Barista

Location: 193 Western Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN12BA, UK

Costa Coffee is looking for a permanent Barista to join its 193 Western Road store in Brighton. The role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay ranging from £13.12 to £14.12 per hour (location dependent), a 50% discount on food and drink in Costa-owned stores, matched pension up to 10%, and a Coca-Cola share scheme.

Duties:

• Serve great coffee and deliver an energising customer experience.
• Master the menu and maintain high standards of product preparation.
• Keep the store clean, welcoming, and running smoothly.
• Work collaboratively as a team player to make the store the best it can be.
