Sales Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Sales Associate to join a supportive team in delivering high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working 10.5 hours per week with specific shifts on Wednesday from 15:45 to 20:45 and Thursday from 10:00 to 16:15. Joining Victoria's Secret offers opportunities to assist with bra fitting expertise, visual merchandising, and core store standards.

Duties:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping customers complete purchases at the till
• Providing brand bra fitting experiences and expert advice regarding customer sizing and style needs
• Owning the visual merchandising and presentation of products in accordance with training provided
• Maintaining store standards across front and back of house, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Strong passion for retail and creating unique experiences for customers
• Keenness to learn, develop customer service skills, and participate in training programmes
