Waiting Staff

Location: 116 Western Rd, Hove, Brighton BN1 2AB, UK

Seeking part-time Waiting Staff to deliver exceptional customer service at Bankers Fish & Chips. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining store cleanliness, operating tills, and assembling takeaway orders. The schedule involves a mixture of day and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends, with peak periods during the summer.

Duties:

• Serve customers in a polite and professional manner
• Assemble orders for takeaway, Click & Collect, and delivery via the My Chippy app
• Serve and clear plates and drinks
• Support good food hygiene and Health & Safety practices
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform till operations

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and grow
• Enthusiastic approach to delivering great service and driving customer satisfaction
• Comfort interacting with customers
• Previous experience in a similar environment is an advantage
