Seeking a Matchday Supporter Services Assistant to join an award-winning customer service team for the 2026/27 season. The role plays a key part in ensuring fans have an unforgettable matchday experience, with shift patterns requiring attendance at all 19 home Premier League matches plus any additional cup games. Successful candidates must be comfortable with potentially missing the start of the match due to the nature of their duties.

Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to fans on match days
• Process ticket bookings over the phone
• Serve fans directly at the stadium ticket booths

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a customer service or sales environment
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and demonstrate good problem-solving skills
• Commitment to work all home games for the 2026/27 season
• Right to work in the UK, subject to a 3-year reference history and DBS background checks
