The role offers flexible shifts to suit both the store and the employee. Joining the team involves leading shifts, training new team members, and creating memorable experiences for customers.

Duties:

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts
• Train and support new Baristas
• Energise and motivate the team
• Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well

Requirements:
