Team Member (Multiple Roles)

Join the team at PRYZM Brighton, the biggest nightclub on the South Coast, and become part of our high-energy operation. We are busier than ever and looking for motivated team members to fill multiple roles across our venue, including Floor Staff, Bar Staff, Promo Staff, Front of House, and VIP Hosts. Whether you are providing excellent guest service at the bar, keeping the venue clean as part of our floor support team, or hitting the streets to recruit reps and sell tickets, your outgoing and professional personality will be key. We currently trade Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights until 4am, with extra shifts available during the busy Freshers period. We offer a fast-paced environment where you can work hard and party even harder. Duties:
- Floor Staff: Maintaining cleanliness, emptying bins, replenishing bar stock, and checking toilet areas.
- Bar Staff/Supervisor: Providing friendly and professional guest service while maintaining high standards under pressure.
- Promo Staff: Selling tickets, recruiting reps, and creating social media content on TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
- Front of House: Greeting guests, scanning tickets, manning entry tills, and running the cloakroom.
- VIP Hosts: Looking after VIP guests and booths, serving bottles, and delivering a premium experience.

Requirements:
- Self-motivated, well-presented, and professional with excellent attention to detail.
- Loud, outgoing, and confident personality, especially for promo and guest-facing roles.
- Willingness and ability to work in a late-night environment until 4am on weekends and Wednesdays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-pressure team.
