Bar Person

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, Brighton, UK

Seeking a Bar Person to join the team on a flexible casual contract, allowing team members to pick shifts that suit their availability. The role involves preparing and serving drinks while delivering warm, memorable experiences to hotel guests.

Duties:

• Delight guests with upbeat, friendly service and proactively look for ways to enhance their stay
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards
• Stock and organize bar supplies, glassware, and perishables for seamless operations
• Handle POS payments including cash, card, and gift vouchers accurately
• Monitor inventory quality and manage guest situations professionally
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
