Kitchen Team Leader

Seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to lead by example and ensure kitchen service runs like clockwork. Joining the team at Greene King, this part-time role supports team members in working together to serve dishes of the highest standard. The position helps maintain a welcoming central hub for the local community.

Duties:

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed.
• A passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers each and every time.
• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and making sure every customer receives the perfect plate.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
