Seeking an ambitious and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Crazy Goose. The role involves leading from the front, supporting the team, and creating memorable experiences for guests in a high-volume neighbourhood restaurant environment. Offers opportunities to progress into management across the Black Rock Restaurants group.

Duties:

• Support the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Lead from the front to maintain a vibrant, welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere
• Motivate and inspire staff to deliver consistently high service standards
• Maintain a keen eye for detail on the restaurant floor during busy shifts

Requirements:

• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant
• Self-motivated team player who thrives under pressure
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Eligible to work full-time in the UK
