Floor Manager

Location: Brighton and Hove, UK

JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager to join its Brighton store. In this role, you will support daily store operations, drive commercial performance, and lead by example on the shop floor to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Duties:

• Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring fast, friendly, and professional support to every customer.
• Drive commercial performance through shop-floor execution including merchandising and replenishment.
• Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance and consistent adherence to company policies.
• Support day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and floor cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience supporting and developing team members.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
• Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs.
