Pearly Cow is seeking a Waiting Team Member to join the team in Brighton. The role involves delivering guest service, taking orders, and supporting dining operations in a vibrant grill restaurant environment. Shifts include paid breaks with no split shifts.

Duties:

• Welcoming guests and guiding them through the menu
• Taking orders with accuracy and flair and delivering them with style
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service smooth
• Keeping the dining area looking sharp and running like clockwork
• Making every guest feel like they’ve just discovered their new favourite restaurant

• Experienced in hospitality or eager to learn with the right attitude
• Confident, energetic, and great with people
• Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
