Sous Chef

Seeking a Senior Brunch Chef to join the kitchen team at Trading Post Coffee Roasters. The role involves working alongside the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations and maintain high food safety standards. Offers daytime hours with no late evening shifts.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
• Lead and motivate the team to follow company food specifications
• Ensure the quality and presentation of food served meets the highest standards
• Maintain food safety levels across all kitchen areas
• Display a smart and professional appearance representing the business

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant kitchen experience
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks quickly
• Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work under pressure
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
