Seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to serve as the backstage powerhouse of the store, ensuring shop floor readiness through efficient stock and delivery management. The role operates on a working pattern of Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 04:00 to 10:00. Requires a fast, focused approach, physical stamina, and digital confidence to maintain product flow and availability.

Duties:

• Handle stock, deliveries, and essential behind-the-scenes tasks to keep the shop floor full and clean.
• Ensure products move quickly, accurately, and with urgency from delivery to display.
• Work flexibly across various store functions to meet changing customer demands.
• Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older to operate mechanical equipment in accordance with health and safety laws.
• High level of digital confidence to operate stock management tools.
• Excellent teamwork skills to support colleagues across the store.
• Strong physical stamina and adaptability for early morning shifts.
