Key Holder

Location: LS Brighton Churchill Square, Brighton, UK

Seeking a Key Holder to play a critical role in bringing the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor. The role requires 8 hours per week plus overtime with weekend availability needed. Responsibilities include supporting the wider team and taking responsibility for store operations, including opening and closing procedures during shifts.

Duties:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living brand values
• Acting as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs
• Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures
• Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties
• Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times
• Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment

Requirements:

• Passion for the Levi's brand and strong alignment with company values
• Previous experience working in a retail environment with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management where needed
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
