Sales Associate

Seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join the team at H.Samuel, helping customers mark special life events while working towards store sales targets. The role involves developing jewellery expertise and dealing with diverse customer enquiries. Working pattern includes 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during peak trading periods, bank holidays, and weekends.

Duties:

• Maintain store performance and work towards meeting sales targets
• Build product knowledge to effectively answer customer enquiries
• Provide outstanding service and create memorable experiences for customers
• Share jewellery expertise to help customers select the ideal products
