Supervisor

Seeking a Supervisor to join the team at Trading Post Coffee Roasters. The role involves assisting the management team in running the Coffee House on a day-to-day basis, leading the front-of-house team, and helping deliver high hospitality standards. Duties:

• Support the management team in running a high-volume and fast-paced coffee house
• Consistently deliver great hospitality within established standards frameworks
• Actively support front-of-house staff and communicate effectively with back-of-house teams
• Support the development, training, recruitment, and onboarding of team members
• Motivate team members to maintain high standards and represent the brand positively

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, time-management, and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills for dialogue with guests and team members
• Ability to use initiative for problem-solving under pressure
• Previous supervisor experience in a busy environment is beneficial
• Must be eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid UK work permit/visa
