Fragrance Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Fragrance Associate to join the team at Bath & Body Works in Brighton to support their continued growth. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, presenting beautifully stock, and advising clients on fragrances and skincare products. This position requires working a scheduled Saturday shift from 09:00 to 15:00.

Duties:

• Serve as a brand ambassador, advising customers on fragrance and skincare products
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the Bath & Body Works space
• Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to all customers
• Adhere strictly to company health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Passion for promoting fragrance and skincare products
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, calm, and efficient attitude
