Fragrance Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Fragrance Associate to join the retail team at Bath & Body Works in Brighton. The role involves offering warm, friendly, and professional customer service, maintaining beautifully presented stock, and sharing a passion for fragrance and skincare. The scheduled shifts for this part-time role are Sunday 10:45 to 17:15, Monday 08:45 to 12:15, and Wednesday 16:00 to 20:15.

Duties:

• Passionately advising and selling products while acting as a brand ambassador.
• Maintaining the Bath & Body Works retail space.
• Offering warm, friendly, and professional service to help customers find gifts.
• Demonstrating brand training knowledge and taking control of personal development.
• Working safely according to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Passion for promoting fragrance and skincare products.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain friendly, calm, and efficient on busy days.
• Flexibility and readiness to support the team in a fast-paced environment.
