Fragrance Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Joining the team at Bath & Body Works as a Fragrance Associate involves working 7 hrs/week with shifts scheduled on Sunday from 11:00 to 15:00 and Thursday from 17:00 to 20:00. The role focuses on delivering warm, friendly, and professional customer service while passionately advising on and selling body care and home fragrance products. Team members maintain beautifully presented stock spaces and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Duties:

• Responsibly deliver the Bath & Body Works customer experience by passionately advising and selling products
• Act as an ambassador for the brand while maintaining the sales space and stock presentation
• Keep up to date with new fragrance and skincare market trends
• Help customers find perfect gifts and goodies by demonstrating product enthusiasm and brand knowledge
• Maintain team and customer health and safety policies according to company guidelines
