Team Member

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a temporary team member for the Brighton Churchill store. The role involves 13.5 hrs per week across Sunday (13:00‑17:00), Monday (09:00‑13:00) and Saturday (10:00‑16:00) shifts. Contracts are short‑term, ranging from a few days up to 24 weeks, with potential availability for Autumn and Winter sale weekends. The position offers flexible seasonal work in a high‑energy retail environment.

Duties:

• Deliver fast, friendly service and help customers find what they need
• Keep the sales floor well stocked, organised, and easy to shop
• Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing
• Efficiently process deliveries and replenish the sales floor to ensure it remains fully stocked and presentable
• Pick, pack, and transfer stock to meet customer timescales and ensure accurate parcel processing
• Keep the back of house clean, safe and organised
• Support both sales floor and stockroom areas as needed
