Sales Advisor

Seeking a Sales Advisor for a seasonal Christmas temporary role at Crew Clothing in Brighton. The position is a fixed‑term contract offering 4 to 8 hours per week. It involves delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards. The role runs until 3 January.

Duties:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about product to customers including features, benefits and stock availability
• Promote multi‑channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the store

Requirements:

• Customer service focused
• Good communication skills
• Experience in retail industry
• Good IT skills
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand
